Multiple Generic Types + Multiple Constraints

I could not remember how to do this (I kept trying to use a comma).

public T CreateSomething<U, V>()
    where T : SomeObject
    where U : SomeObject<V>
    where V : SomeThingElse, new()
{
    return .....
}
